PURPOSE:To securely insert a leader into a developing device by disposing the tip of the leader so as to be energized to the carrying roller of a developing unit with a magazine main body fitted on the developer unit, permitting said roller to hold the tip of the leader and inserting a film into the developing unit. CONSTITUTION:When the magazine main body 14 is fitted out a magazine tip receiving part 52, the tip of the leader 40 projecting out of the magazine main body 14 is held between the carrying rollers 54 and 56 of the developing unit 12. These rollers 54 and 56 are rotated and driven before the magazine main body 14 is fitted out the magazine tip receiving part 52, and the held leader 40 is fed to a development processing tank 58. The leader 40 is abutted on the roller 54 or 56, or between them in the state where the magazine main body 14 is fitted on the magazine tip receiving part 52, and is preferably disposed so that the center of the leader 40 can bend. Thus the tip of the leader 40 is energized between the rollers 54 and 56, and its holding can be secured. |
