<p>Compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> in which n represents 1, 2 or 3, Ar denotes a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl radical, Ac represents the acyl radical of an acid, Z represents a radical -OR7 or -NR8R9, R1 denotes hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl, a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl radical or free, etherified or esterified hydroxyl, R2 and R3 independently of one another represent hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl, formyl or functionally modified formyl, carboxyl or functionally modified carboxyl, a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl radical or unsubstituted, mono- or disubstituted amino, R4 denotes hydrogen or lower alkyl, R5 and R6 independently of one another represent hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl or a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl radical, R7, R8 and R9 independently of one another denote hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted alkyl or a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl radical, in which R1 and R2 together or R1 and R3 together may denote unsubstituted or substituted lower alkylene in which a carbon atom is optionally replaced by a hetero atom, in which R4 and R5 together, as well as R5 and R6 together and/or R8 and R9 together, independently of one another, may denote unsubstituted or substituted lower alkylene in which a carbon atom can be replaced by a hetero atom, optical isomers of compounds of the formula I, mixtures of these optical isomers and salts of such compounds which have a salt-forming group, are distinguished by cardiovascular, in particular hypotensive properties.
