<p>PURPOSE:To continuously convey a double layer plastic sheet so as to surely strip off a coating layer in order to obtain regenerated products without impurities by a method wherein a rotating stripping roll, with the roughened outer peripheral surface of which the coating layer of the double layer plastic sheet is stripped off and the peripheral speed of which is made different from the conveying speed of a conveying device, is equipped. CONSTITUTION:A double layer plastic sheet 1 is arranged on a conveying device 1 with its coating layer facing upwards and conveyed in the state of pinch between sets of a roller 2a and a hold-down roller 11 lowered onto the sheet 11 so as to pass through sets of a roller 2a and a rotating stripping roll 3 which is lowered in response to the thickness of the double layer plastic sheet 1 so as to push against the roller 2a. The coating layer is surely stripped off in the successive three stages of stripping comprising rough stripping, medium stripping and finish stripping by the outer periph eral surfaces of three sets of the rotating stripping rolls 3, the peripheral speeds of which are larger than the conveying speed of the sheet 1. In this case, the gaps between the respective rotating stripping rolls 3 or the rough stripping roll 3a, the medium stripping roll 3b and the finish stripping roll 3c and the rollers 2a of the conveying device 1 are made smaller in the order named. The coating layer which is stripped off is collected in the form of dust with dust collecting covers 15.</p> |
