<p>PURPOSE:To improve data transfer speed by dividing recording data applied to a DD type thermal head into several parts and inputting those partial recording data to the specific number of input terminals as many as all bits of a shift register. CONSTITUTION:The divided recording data DI1, DI2...DIk obtained by dividing one-line recording data by (k) are inputted to the input terminals DI of respective shift registers of [(n-1)/k]+1 (k<n) cascaded shift register groups, so that the data are shifted. Consequently, a data transfer speed which is (k) times as fast as before is obtained equivalently and a division driving system is employed to shorten division intervals in a multi-gradient recording, thereby performing high-precision recording.</p> |
