<p>PURPOSE:To readily mount and to eliminate the necessity of parts such as a spacer separately by mounting a reflection type photosensor in the space made of a lead frame extended at all the external leads in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of lead frame preforms 18 connected with frame tie bars 19 and frame outer leads 20 at the centers and the lower ends are formed in one row laterally by a punching die from relatively inexpensive conductive material such as iron or copper materials. Then, outer packages 4... are formed to surround the portions to become inner leads 4.... Then, bars 19 are cut, the leads 5... disposed inside are disconnected, and the disconnected leads 5... are bent backward to bents 13.... Therefore, the leads 20 are cut and removed, and a reflection type photosensor 1 is soldered to the leads 4 to complete the assembling.</p> |
