The machine consists of a base with a front opening and rear opening, and with a projecting zone in which is installed a mesh conveyor. At the end of this are two distributor rollers, the first supported by a bracket and the second driving a short auxiliary conveyor, which delivers the drained skin to a rising conveyor. This runs over the convex end of a support and around a roller on bracket, and reaches up to endless cutting belt running between guides of head. Suction inlet communicates with pipe with an outlet from the machine and provided with elements.
