<p>PURPOSE:To use only an accessed IC to economize in power by controlling the driving voltage to ICs through switching circuits by a chip select signal. CONSTITUTION:Switching circuits 5-7 are connected to terminals VSS of ICs 2, 3 and 4. Chip select signal output terminals CE0-CE2 of a microcomputer 1 are connected to chip select terminals CS of ICs 2-4 and control terminals of switching circuits 5-7. The microcomputer 1 turns on the driving voltage of the IC to be accessed, and accesses it.</p> |
