PURPOSE:To instruct quickly production instructing information requested at the side of a working site by providing plural processors to produce low-order production instructing information proper to the manufacturing processes to take charge of based on high-order production instructing information. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 1 sends the high-order conceptional information to the processors 1...N provided for each manufacturing process out of those production instructing information on products to be produced. Each of these processors 1...N produces the production instructing information intrinsic to the corresponding manufacturing process needed for its own allocated process based on the high-order production instructing information given from the computer 1. While the intrinsic production instructing information defined as the low-order conception is produced through the conversion table owned by each of the processors 1...N.
