<p>PURPOSE:To increase number of machining repetitions by driving each of the first and the second machining tables with the first and second one-sided rotating motors in going and returning, and in upward and downward, directions, and positioning the material through inputting signals for material motion and numbers of revolution of the motors and predetermined length into each of numerical control means. CONSTITUTION:Pulse signals from a length measuring encoder 13 are counted with a counter 74 and supplied to an FV converter 75, a motor 66-driven encoder 76 supplies its output pulse signals to counters 77, 78 and an FV converter 79. And, counted value L1 of the counter 74, value L0' corresponding to the predetermined length from a subtractor 52 and counted value L2 of the counter 77 are input to an adder circuit 81, so as to calculate the value corresponding to the residual length, an analog signal VB' from the circuit 81 and an output VA' of the VF converter are input to a subtractor circuit 83, the output VC from the circuit 83 is supplied to a switch 84. On the other hand, counted value VD' of the counter 78 and the VC' are compared with each other, and depending upon the result of comparison, VC' and VD' are exchanged with each other as the speed standard and supplied to a circuit 87, the motor 66 is controlled by the output of the circuit 87 so that the motor can follow the input speed standard. With this numerical control of positioning, the number of machining repetitions is increased.</p> |
