PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting/dismounting of work through simple structure by replacing pallets on machine table engaged at the opposite ends of turning arm and at the loading position through turning of arm then positioning while engaging on the machine table. CONSTITUTION:Upon finish of machining of work on machine table 10, clamp rail 21 will lift to unclamp the pallet 26 to engage the engaging block 71 with one engaging section 32a of turning arm 32 while at the sametime, the supporting rail 20 at the loading position will lift to be separated from a knock pin 47 and engage with the other engaging section 32a of the block 71. Then an arm 32 will turn to replace a pallet 26 mounting a machine work and a pallet 26 mounting an unmachined work simultaneously thus to lower the rail 21 and to clamp the pallet 26 of the table 10 while to separate the block 71 from the engaging section 32a and to move the table 10 for machining. In such a manner, the separation and coupling of pallets can be performed through a single operating unit. |
