PURPOSE:To enable measuring work with high accuracy in multi-item analysis, by arranging composition fibers constituting each optical fiber bundle in the illumination visual field plane of a light source at random positions regardless of the mutual relational position of each optical fiber bundle. CONSTITUTION:Illumination light from an illumination light source 1' is converged to the incident side end part 3a of an illumination side bundle fiber 3' trough a condensing optical system 2' and light quantity distribution by the presence of a monofilament image is almost uniformly dispersed to all of optical fiber bundles 3b' through respective scattered composition fibers and a phenomenon such that quantity of light is offset to a certain specific optical fiber bundle is prevented. Therefore, incident illumination light transmits through the specimen 23' in a reaction tube 22a through each optical fiber bundle 3b', a collimator lens 26 and an illumination side prism 25 and the transmitted light comes to measuring light to be measured by a spectroscope through a measuring side prising 25', a condensing lens 27 and a measuring side fiber 7b' but, because illumination light coming to measuring light uniformly illuminates reaction tubes 22a-22d of each row, high measuring accuracy is obtained. |
