<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a generation of a crosstalk and to decrease the driving voltage by forming a common transparent electrode on a transparent substrate and then, by forming a plural strip separate transparent electrode on the prescribed common transparent electrode via a thin film composed of a ferroelectric substance having an electrooptic effect. CONSTITUTION:The common transparent electrode 22 is provided on the overall transparent substrate 21. The thin film 23 composed of the ferroelectric substance such as lead lanthanum zirconate titanate having the electrooptic effect is grown on the prescribed electrode 22. The plural strip separate transparent electrode 24 is formed on the prescribed film 23. When a voltage is impressed to the electrode 24, the shutter window is formed (an oblique line part). By constituting as mentioned above, as the thickness of the film 23 very thins, the tendency for generating the crosstalk may be lessened, and the driving voltage may make small.</p> |
