PURPOSE:To omit the manual designation of a subject and to decrease the designating mistakes by limiting the subject candidates to be related with each other according to the name rule. CONSTITUTION:A control means 2 delivers the designated value of a control group at the side to be related on a field 1-12 to a detecting means 3 and the conditions of regularity of the subject at the side to be related to a name deciding means 4 respectively. Then the subject retrieved by the means 3 is delivered to the means 4 to decide whether or not this subject is coincident with the regularity of the name with which the subject is previously designated. Thus only the coincident subject is informed to the means 2 via the means 3. This process is repeated until no control subject exists any more at the side to be related or until is is decided that no evaluation is needed for the subsequent subjects owing to the regularity of the name. In such a way, the manual designation of subjects is omitted and therefore decreases the designating mistakes. |
