PURPOSE:To simplify the finish process, and to improve the yield of a product by making a melting torch jet an energy line of a high energy density, and also inclining its jet direction to an excess thickness side from a box body side. CONSTITUTION:First of all, an upper plate and a bottom plate 3 being in an untrimming state are prepared, and tack welding is executed by executing a spot welding by a pair of electrodes. As the second process, the whole periphery of a polymerized part through a pair of roller electrodes. Subsequently, an energy line of a high energy density of a plasma arc, etc. is injected from a melting torch 5, it is moved along a melting surface, and an excess thickness 4 is removed. In this case, the jet direction of the torch 5 is inclined by an angle alpha to the excess thickness side 4 from a box body side, melting is executed along the end edge of the lower part. As for an adhesion of a droplet, the greater part flows to a part B of the excess thickness side, and scarcely sticks to a product side. Accordingly, the subsequent finish process is not required or simplified, and since failure of the product decreases, the yield is improved. |
