<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the shift of position of a spacer and to increase the adhesive strength by forming a recessed part on the cradle part corresponding to the projection part so that the projection part of the spacer can not come in contact with the cradle. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 2 is fitted so that the projection part 3 of the spacer can be set to a hollow 4 to the cradle 1 with the hollow 4 where the projection part 3 of the spacer 2 can be fitted. An ultrasonic vibration is given in the scope of 0.5-2sec by pushing an ultrasonic vibrator 7 onto the spacer part from the above of a desk substrate 5 by placing the desk substrate 5 on the spacer 2 so that the recording film 6 becomes at the lower side. An ultrasonic welding is then performed by reversing the welded spacer 2 and by placing a substrate 5' thereon. The shift of position of the spacer is thus prevented surely and the adhesive strength can be increased.</p> |
