PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly and disassembly and to decrease an installation space, by providing a cleaning unit composed of a blast casing and a blow-off chamber, and a base removably mounted. CONSTITUTION:A blast casing 2 contains a blower 24 and is provided with a suction port 21 in the lower part of the one side. A blow-off chamber 3 overhangs the one side of the blast casing, and is communicated with the interior of the casing. The under surface of a chamber forms a blow-off surface 31, and a high-performance filter 32 is disposed to the upper part of the blow-off surface. With a blower 24 operated, the air in a working space at the inside of a cleaning unit 1 enters through a suction port 21 into the casing 2, and the air is fed through a guide cylinder 24a of the blower to the upper part of the casing and enters the chamber 3. the air flows through the high- performance filter 32 for removal of dust, and is blown out from a blow-off surface 31 to a working space below the chamber. Disassembly of the cleaning device is such that a screw 6 is unscrewed from a securing plate 5 to remove bases 4 from the casing 2, and when a working table 23 is also removed, the device is disassemble into two parts of the one being the cleaning unit 1 and the other being the base 2. |
