The device has an attachment plate (1) for firmly nailing to the ceiling shell. One conduit retaining stub (5a, 5b) of the curved conduit element (3) is inserted into a conduit stub (2) on the attachment plate (1) such that it can rotate and is axially secured on an inner shoulder (2a) of the conduit stub (2) by means of a toothed rib (6). The curved conduit element (3) is split in two along a plane through which its axis passes. The conduit retaining stub (4a, 4b) supports a retaining ring (10) at the free end of the curved conduit element (3); the conduit stub (2) and retaining ring (10) clamp the two curved conduit element halves together. All the parts of the device consist of plastic. <IMAGE>
