PURPOSE:To allow an inductor to follow up the vertical displacement of a part to be heated by fixing the other end of the inductor provided with an inductor guide to a cylinder of which the head side and rod side are respectively connected to two accumulators. CONSTITUTION:Oil flows out of the accumulator 17 according to the movement of the rod 15 of a hydraulic cylinder 14 when the inductor guide 4 is lifted by the displacement of a work 1. The oil flows into the accumulator 19 at the same instant and a partition wall 17a moves to an oil pressure chamber 17c side to decrease the volume of the chamber 17c according to the decrease of the oil pressure on the accumulator 17 side. Conversely, a partition wall 19a is moved to a gas pressure chamber 19b side by the oil flowing into the accumulator 19 to increase the volume in the oil pressure chamber. The abrupt change of the pressure in the hydraulic system is thereby relieved and the inductor guide 4 is smoothly moved upward. The inductor guide 4 follows up immediately the downward displacement of the material 1 to be heated and the need for installing a counter eight is eliminated. |
