PURPOSE:To obtain beautiful appearance by preventing the generation of wrinkling or curling, by heating a tear tape coated with a heat-sensitive adhesive to melt the heat-sensitive adhesive immediately before bonding the same to a packaging film under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Only the tear tape fed out from a tear tape roll 3 is preheated by a heater block 5 and subsequently bonded to the packaging film 4 under pressure by a non-heated pressure bonding roller 6 and a film receiving roller 7. By this method, the conductive degree of heat for melting the heat-sensitive adhesive of the tear tape to the packaging film reduces to a large degree and the wrinkling of the packaging film is almost perfectly eliminated and operating efficiency rises to reduce the loss ratio of a material while sealing property becomes well and the moisture-proofness of an upper package is enhanced. |
