PURPOSE:To permit to remove efficiently the volatile constituents existing in resin before final reaction by reducing a pressure in a vacuum tank so as to be lower than the vapor pressure of volatile constituents in the resin. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is equipped with the temperature-keeping vacuum tank 2, a pressure-reducing pump 3 such as vacuum pump, a heating device 4 such as a heater and a cooling equipment 5 such as a cooling pump. The pressure in the vacuum temperature-keeping tank 2 is reduced to a pressure lower than the vapor pressure of volatile constituents in the resin under the temperature of the temperature-keeping vacuum tank by the pressure-reducing pump 3. According to this method, the vapor pressure of volatile constituents in the resin becomes higher relatively than the pressure of temperature keeping vacuum tank; therefore, the volatile constituents are vaporized and removed. The speed of removing the volatile constituents is determined by the relative pressure difference between the vapor pressure of volatile constituents in the resin and the pressure of the temperature-keeping vacuum tank. According to this method, the volatile constituents in the resin may be removed efficiently under an arbitrary temperature without promoting the polymerization or condensation reaction of the resin. |
