The invention relates to a diffuser for a volatile liquid fluid such as a deodoriser, perfume, essential oil, insecticide or other fluid used in particular in closed areas such as cockpits, vehicles, wardrobes and the like. This diffuser is characterised in that the container comprises means 30, 31 for delivering doses of the said fluid 19 which are actuated by pulses imparted by the user to the body 17 of the said container.
