The purpose of this device is to give measuring voltage generation circuit of a measuring instrument for electronic parts which can generate a standard measuring voltage(DC or AC) for each part in the measuring instrument for electornic parts. The range of application for a patent is the measuring voltage generation circuit which is composed of the following parts; voltage regulator(1), reversal amplifying part(2), analog switching part, relay(RY1) of relay part(8), resistors(Rr, Rd) which control the amplifying rate of a reversal amplifying part(9), relay(RY2) of a relay part(8).
