PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of residual stress, by constituting the titled molding machine so that an injection condition is controlled along a preset set value change-over pattern by a control part when the change-over point of time set by a setting means has reached. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin material is injected in a mold to fill the same while kneaded and plasticized by the rotation and advance of a screw 2. Corresponding to the advance state of the screw 2, the injection speeds of the synthetic resin are set as objective values so that the mold is filled with the synthetic resin at an injection speed of V1 until the leading end of the screw 2 reaches a change-over point P1 of time from the start point P0 of time, at an injection speed of V2 to the change-over point P2 of time from P1, at an injection speed of V3 to the change-over point P3 of time from P2 and at an injection speed of V4 to the holding pressure change-over point P4 of time from P3. Change-over patterns Q1-Q3 are set so as to change stepwise linearily and all of the angles theta of inclination of the change-over patterns Q1-Q3 are set in the same manner. |
