<p>A device (10) for controlling in vehicles the wiping interval of a windscreen wiper motor (10) with a limit switch (17) comprises a pulse-controlled switch (23) for setting the windscreen wiper motor (18) in operation. To ensure optimum matching of the wiping frequency to the amount of rain falling on the windscreen, the wave train of control pulses transmitted to the switch (23) is imparted with a frequency which steadily varies according to the speed of the vehicle, at least in a predetermined vehicle speed range.</p> |
