PURPOSE:To dispense with labor for cleaning and to enable the automation of a preheating process, by applying high frequency heating to a tablet-shaped thermosetting material in such a state that said material is grasped by a grasping apparatus without being contacted with an electrode plate in a high frequency preheater. CONSTITUTION:The grasping levers 22, 23 of a grasping apparatus 20 are opened and transferred onto a thermosetting material supply stand 50 and a thermosetting material X is supplied between the grasping levers 22, 23 to be grasped thereby. Subsequently, a vertical rotary shaft 41 is revolved by a drive apparatus to revolve the grasping apparatus 20 to feed the thermosetting material X into a high frequency preheater 10 without contacting the same with the electrode plates 11, 12 in the preheater 10 while said thermosetting material X is grasped by the grasping levers 22, 23 of the grasping apparatus 20 and stopped. Next, the thermosetting material X is subjected to high frequency preheating while grasped by the grasping levers 22, 23 without being contacted with the electrode plates 11, 12. Subsequently, the vertical rotary shaft 41 is revolved without contacting the thermoplastic material X after high frequency preheating with the electrode plates 11, 12 to be fed out to the molding machine or transfer apparatus outside the high frequency preheater. |
