PURPOSE:To certainly prevent meshes of a main wire netting from being expanded by providing an auxiliary wire netting, which has meshes larger than those of the main wire netting, on each of both obverse and reverse faces of the main wire netting and forming the whole of these nettings like a cylinder with the bottom through deep drawing process. CONSTITUTION:A wire netting 8 of the captioned filter device is composed of three wire nettings, that is, a main wire netting 8A and two auxiliary wire nettings 8B, 8C closely attached to the obverse and reverse faces of said main netting 8A respectively, while the wire netting 8 is formed like a cylinder with the bottom through deep drawing process. The main wire netting 8A functions as a filter, while the auxiliary wire nettings 8B, 8C simply serve for protection and reinforcement of the main wire netting 8A and meshes larger than those of the main wire netting 8A are used for said nettings 8B, 8C. On the other hand, an adapter 9 is formed like a cylinder, with both ends opened, of stainless steel and the like as in the past, while the opening end part of the wire netting 8 is inserted into the adapter 9 and fixed by silver solder 10 or the like. |
