PURPOSE:To effect evaporation treatment of drain water perfectly by a method wherein a conical body, having a rotating radius of the lower part thereof is shorter than the same of the upper part thereof, is rotated about an axis different from the central axis thereof at a location between a condenser and a fan in order to control the lifting amount and lifting height of the drain water freely and promote the heat releasing effect of the same silently. CONSTITUTION:A motor 19 is attached to a drain water treating device 16 so that the rotating center line 20 of the rotary shaft 18 of the motor 19 is deviated from the rotating center line 21 of the drain water treating device 16 and the device 16 is rotated by the motor 19 under a condition that the lower end surface 22 thereof is slightly dipped into the drain water, then, the drain water on the outer slanted surface 23 rises along the outer surface 23 by the resultant of a centrifugal force and a gravity. The drain water separates from the outer slanted surface 23 at a height wherein the centrifugal force exceeds the force of viscosity and is scattered radially into directions orthogonal to the rotary shaft 18. The center line 20 is deviated from the center line 21 by an angle alpha, therefore, the conical outer slanted surface 23 rotates by some distance under pushing the drain water at all times. Accordingly, the water rises along the outer slanted surface 23, therefore, starting process of pumping is stabilized and strengthened. |
