A loop-maker is shaped as an angled needle (1) mounted on a movable rod (2) of the machine rotatably in relation to its vertical axis which is comprised of a finger (6) and a blade (7) interconnected by a cross-piece (11) and is provided with a means for limiting rotation of the cross-piece (11) together with the blade (7) and for return them to the initial position.
