<p>An endotoxin inactivator is isolated from human plasma by anion exchange (DEAE-Sephadex), dye-affinity (Cibracron Blue-Sepharose), and adsorption (on hydroxyapatite) chromatography. The endotoxin inactivator, isolated in essentially pure form, may be used to depyrogenate clinical blood products and culture media.</p> |
