In a sealing, insulating and blocking strip tacky on one side, in particular for sealing and insulating, a permanently tacky, weather-resistant sealing material strip (1) has a flexible and likewise weather-resistant carrier film (2) which is applied to one side thereof and which is provided on its outer surface with a flexible, anti-adhesive layer (3), such as a silicone release agent, anchored thereon. In this case, the anchoring of this anti-adhesive layer (3) on the carrier film (2), advantageously consisting of polyolefins and/or copolymers, is preferably effected by means of radiation-chemical grafting. <IMAGE>
