The invention relates to a process for producing chocolate moulds from plastic having a structured surface, by means of injection moulding. The invention is based on the object of effecting the production of chocolate moulds made of injection moulded plastic in such a manner that the active regions, coming into contact with the chocolate, of said chocolate moulds have a predeterminable degree of roughening which lies within narrow tolerances. The object is achieved by the use of a cartridge which is roughened to different extents in its active surface regions by means of spark erosion.
