PURPOSE:To obtain analysis information at the generation of a trouble without changing a message format at normal operation by adding analysis information to a message text of a computer, preserving the result and outputting the preserved analysis information. CONSTITUTION:The analysis information 13 is a detailed time or processing request sender discrimination information and stored in a specific area 4 of the computer while being revised at all times. When the message text 12 is outputted to a message output device 3, a process 5 adding analysis information to the message text is driven, a pair 14 between the message text and the analysis information is synthesized and the result is transmitted to a storage process 6. If any trouble is generated, a process 7 outputting the preserved message text and analysis information is started, the pair 15 of the preserved message text and analysis information is extracted, an analysis message 16 is edited and the result is outputted to an analysis output device 8. Thus, the analysis information when any trouble takes place is obtained without changing the message format to the operator at normal operation. |
