PURPOSE: To improve the pressure resistance and surface adhesion by containing a fluorine-containing surfactant and setting the density of fine-grain oil drops contained in a nonphotosensitive layer larger than the density of fine-grain oil drops in an adjacent photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains a fluorine-containing surfactant and has a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a nonphotosensitive layer containing fine-grain oil drops on a base material in this order. The density of the fine-grain oil drops contained in the nonphotosensitive layer is larger than the density of the fine-grain oil drop in the adjacent photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer. As for the size of the fine-grain oil drops, the mean grain size of 0.01-0.1μm is effective and it is preferable to 0.1-1μm. It is preferable that the fluorine-containing surfactant is contained in the most distant layer from the support body of the side having the photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer. It is also preferable that fluorine- containing cation surfactant and fluorine-containing anion active agent are combined together and contained in the fluorine-containing surfactant.
