This invention has an object in view to correct and prevent the nervous diseases such as lumbalsia, osphyalgia and disc by inducing to assume a correct position in wearing the belt on the waist. The belt is composed of several unit belts(11)(12)(13) and elastic auxiliary belts(21)(22)(23). The unit belts are different in length, made of an elastic knitted fabric, and attached with a hook button(50) in an opposition direction each other at both ends of the belt, a small size of iron ball-filled pocket(31)(32) on the exterior of the belt, belkro tape(61)(62) at one end of the interior of the belt in an opposition direction of its both ends, and one end of an elastic auxiliary belt(21)(22)(23) which is connected to the unit belt and shorter than the unit belt.
