<p>An improved cationic thermosetting latex, coating compositions prepared therefrom, articles coated therewith, and the process for preparing the same are disclosed. Compositions of the instant latices formulated with isocyanate curing agents display improved cure; the improvement residing in selection of surfactants, with particular reference to their gegen-ions, which are used therein.</p> |
