<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and automatically adjust an automobile door already assembled with a door pillar by positioning the door on a body with a positioning screw device, and automatically moving an eccentric coupling bolt according to tan eccentric device drive program at the time of adjusting the door position at each door closing process. SOLUTION: An eccentric coupling bolt 4 has adjustment ranges 7.1 and 7.2 respectively for a retracting pass and an adjusting pass. A door is positioned on the operation of a positioning screw device 9 at the time of the assembly thereof with a body. Also, the adjustment of the door position is made at each door closing/opening process. In this case, the eccentric coupling bolt 4 is first moved from the eccentric drive device 5, depending upon the adjustment range 7.1 for the retracting pass. Thereafter, the bolt 4 is further moved from the device 5, depending on the adjustment range 7.2 for the adjusting pass. Furthermore, the program of an electronic control device 6 sets out an intermediate part 7.3 for the smooth transition of the coupling bolt 4 between the adjustment ranges 7.1 and 7.2.</p> |
