PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to unlock a door in automatic mode at the time of getting off by inputting signals transmitted from a key switch, a car speed detector, a wireless door lock and a door lock switch and so forth into an IC unit. SOLUTION: When an ignition key is pulled out, a key switch is turned OFF and the OFF state is input into an IC unit 2 by way of input circuit 3. When a car speed detector 6 detects a car speed 0, and detects OFF states of a wireless door lock 7 and a door lock switch 8, the detected speed and the detected OFF state are input in the same way respectively. When these signals are input and a door lock motor switch 11 is in a LOCK state, an unlock signal is transmitted to a door lock motor 13 by way of an output circuit 4. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to unlock the door in automatic mode when getting off.
