摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reseanably automatically control the position of the one end of a work with the aid of a stopper, by a method wherein the one claw is delayed than the other claw left unraised, and a work is rolled on rails and deviated toward the one claw side. CONSTITUTION:When a work 1 is conveyed to the front of a work processing section, a second chain conveyor 11 is obliquely raised, feed claws 13 are obliquely raised and moved, and during the movement, another feed claws 12 are moved horizontally. In which case, since first and the second chain conveyors 10 and 11 are moved at the same speed, the feed claws 13 of the second chain conveyor 11 are delayed in a raising section than the feed claws 12 of the first chain conveyor 10. As a result, the works 1 are rolled on rails 9 in a condition in that thrust is always exerted on the works in the direction of the stopper 16 side, and thus, the one end of each of the works 11 is always forced into contact with the stopper 16, the works 11 are conveyed in a state in that its position is controlled, and during the conveyance, the other end part of the work is heat-treated.</p>
