PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the uneven rotation of a movable body by locating a shake reducing member of a small vibrationproof property between the faces of the movable body and a movement supporting member. SOLUTION: A rotor 2 is connected to a rotation supporting member 4 through a shake reducing member 3. The rotation supporting member 4 is so located as to transmit pressure to the rotor 2. Pressure generated by a pressure member 6 is transmitted to the rotation supporting member 4 through a pressure transmitting member 5. The rotor 2 is pressed and is brought into contact with a stator 1 and is driven by vibrating waves appearing in an elastic body 1a due to the excitation of a piezoelectric body 1b. By this method, a cyclic unevenness in rotation which depends on the degree of flatness of installation faces can be almost completely eliminated and the magnitude of the unevenness in rotation can also be reduced. |
