Layer material used for sliding element

摘要

Layer material comprises a support body and a running layer with a galvanically deposited matrix material esp. made of SnCuNi, PbSnCu, PbSn, Sn, SnCu or CuSn. Hard particles of dia. less than 2 mu m are embedded in the matrix material in an amount of 2-20 vol.% in a homogeneous distribution. Production of the layer material is also claimed and comprises using a ternary, fluoroborate-free galvanising bath without glass former with addition of non-ionic wetting agent and free alkyl sulphonic acid and grain refinement agent and a fatty acid polyglycol ester, and maintaining the hard particles in the galvanising bath during galvanising at a constant concentration.
