Metal or plastics distributor housing as branched feed and return pipe system

The diameter of the branch (3) bore (13) in the transfer junction (10) between pipes should exceed the outside diameter of the bypass tube (15) and here should also exceed the inside diameter of the inlet or outlet pipe (5). The diameter of the branch line casing may be larger in the junction area than at the pipe. The main line (1) may have a branch (4) in the plane of the main line axes, using end flanges screwed onto the main line connections at these branch points (3,4), with connections of the same diameter. The distributor housing (9) can be made of hot-pressed alloy or of plastics. Production can start from drilling out a metal or plastics blank for main and branch lines, then reaming out the diameters of the branch lines in the junction area followed by insertion of the bypass tube. The second branch may be preferably drilled out before first.
