PURPOSE:To obtain a very thin stone plate, which prevents generation of a crack due to vibration of a blade, further with good surface smoothness, by forming the blades with their cutting and mounting parts in a different width, when stone is cut into thin pieces in abrasive grain-contained fluid by reciprocating the multi-blades to be moved. CONSTITUTION:Stone, being cut at a fixed temperature in abrasive grain- contained fluid, is prevented from being influenced by heat. Reciprocated plural sheets of blades 7 form their cutting part 7b and mounting parts 7a, 7a in a different width. The blade forms its wide part 1.3-3.0 times as wide as the narrow part while a wide part of the cutting part or its narrow part 5/6-3/4 times as long as the overall length. Consequently, the blade, preventing generation of vibration for the stone when it is cut, obtains a dimensionally accurate very thin piece of the stone. |
