<p>Monodisperse magnetic particles with a particle size from 50 to 1500 nm have a spherical silicium dioxide core punctually coated with magnetite particles with a particle size below 60 nm and a silicium dioxide covering layer. The particles are used for isolating nucleic acids and biotin, biotinylated nucleic acids and proteins or other biotin-marked molecules from aqueous solutions.</p> |
