PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and economy by enabling raw material particles to fill in a necessary quantity efficiently, by a method wherein the raw material particles necessary for a shot molding process have been kept into a pressurized measuring tank after measuring the same and a mold cavity of a mold for foam molding is filled with the same by feeding the same under pressurizing pressure of the measuring tank and suction force of a filling device fitted to the mold. CONSTITUTION:Raw material particles supplied to a measuring tank 2 accumulate in a lower measuring part 20. When the raw material particles accumulate in the measuring part 20 up to a fixed height, the same is detected by a level sensor 4, and a predetermined quantity of the raw material particles are measured by suspending supply of the raw material particles by closing a control valve 12 of a supply pipe 11. Then when a control valve 27 of a supply hose 26 and a control valve 64 of air piping 63 of a filling device 6 are opened, the raw material particles in the measuring tank 2 is fed by pressure to fill a mold cavity 52 of a molding tool 5 through the filling device 6 from the supply hose 26 under pressurizing pressure applied to the measuring tank 2 and suction force from the filling device 6. |
