SUBSTANCE: arranged inside housing of hydraulic variable-speed drive are lobar impeller pump, bladed hydraulic motor and intermediate member provided with two inner cylindrical surfaces and located between pump and hydraulic motor and housing. Intermediate member is mounted for motion in plane passing through axes of rotors of pumps and hydraulic motors. Rotors are hollow. Their bodies are provided with cylindrical sleeves for receiving the inserts through which blades are passed. Blades are secured on axles inside rotors and radial and angular displacement. Passages provided between pump and hydraulic motor are used for flow of hydraulic fluid. Passages are parallel to generatrices connecting the outer cylindrical surfaces of intermediate member.
