PURPOSE:To apply a pressing force in response to the surface peeling resistance of a covered electric wire and prevent a crush by fitting one of shifting rollers to a shaft having a common shaft with a fixed frame at one end and supported by a relatively rotatable rotary lever at the other end. CONSTITUTION:A shifting roller R1 is rotatively driven at a fixed position by shafts 10, 12 provided on a fixed frame 1. A shaft 17 provided on the fixed frame 1 and a rotary lever 21 is stationarily rotated together with the rotation of the shaft 12. The shaft 24 of a shifting roller R2 is rotatably fitted to the rotary lever 21 and is interlocked with a shaft 17. The rotary lever 21 is applied with a force lifting one end by a spring 23. When a motor 8 is driven and a covered electric wire LW is moved in the arrow direction, it is shifted by the normal pressing force of the shifting rollers R1, R2. When the cover is cut with a cutter B and the device is reversely rotated, the shaft 24 is applied with a force tending to shift it downward, and this force is added to the normal pressing force, and the electric wire is shifted in the opposite direction against the peeling resistance, thus allowing surface peeling. |
