PURPOSE:To facilitate correcting data halfway to print data efficiently by dividing patterns to line drawings, photographs, and characters to input them to a computer and synthesizing them on the computer and correcting them as required and generating a negative of each color on a basis of output data of the computer. CONSTITUTION:Data of line drawings, photographs, and characters are inputted to the computer independently of one another and are synthesized. In the stage of layout design 22 on a monitor, these data are synthesized and displayed on a display device, and layout and correction are performed. After the final layout design, this image is hard-copied, and output picture check 23 is performed. In this stage, it is sufficient if the hard copy is outputted after performing prescribed correction input while watching a color monitor; and after the output picture is checked, the printing process is advanced on a basis of this picture. When a rule block copy is generated, it is picked up by a camera in a stage 11 to obtain a negative of line drawings. |
