PURPOSE:To unitarily control data necessary for required processing, to effectively use a resource and to shorten data processing time by inhibiting double storage of data in a data base on the basis of master data. CONSTITUTION:A data checking part 3 checks whether a slit name inputted to a header is registered in a master data holding part 1 as slit master data or not, and if no slit name is registered, the data of the slit are jumped. When date and time in the header coincide with date and time stored in a date/time master data in the same slit name, the data of the slit are also jumped. When the date and time of the header are different from that stored in the master data in the same slit name, the data and time are registered in the master data holding part 1 as the date/time master data and data to be processed are stored in the data base 5 through a data storing part 4. Namely, the data checking part 3 interrupts double storage of data in the data base 5. |
