<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of operations by drastically shortening a working time of removing operation, by a method wherein a liquid existing within a tire is made to fall by pressing a lower side bead part downward by making an equatorial face of a tire about horizontal. CONSTITUTION:When a tire 5 having rain water into the same is moved to about the center of a holding device 1 within a conveyor 9, a side part 6a of a shoulder of the tire 5 is located on the upper side of the holding part 2 and the tire 5 is held by it by making an equatorial face E about horizontal. When a piston rod 22 of a moving device 20 is made to ascend, a fitting device 15 ascends and then three holding devices 16' are protruded until they are fitted in a bead 18' of the lower side of the tire 5 by actuating a holding mechanism 17. Then when the lower side bead part 18' is pressed downward in a vertical direction until the same comes to a position of a bead part 18 by actuating the moving device 20 while the holding device 16' is being kept fitted in the tire 5, rain water 25 existing within the tire 5 falls out of the tire 5 through gravity.</p> |
