<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a flue and to improve dust collection efficiency by introducing dust as the undried solid matter having a specified moisture content or above by controlling the rate of the waste liquid to be fed into the 1st chamber of an electrical dust precipitation chamber made of a corrosion resistant material. CONSTITUTION:This invention relates to a method for treating the waste liquid from a wet type waste gas treatment stage, in which the 1st chamber 9 of an electrical dust precipitation is made corrosion resistant by a corrosion- resistant steel plate, corrosion-resistant covering, etc. The rate of the waste liquid to be fed into the chamber 9 is so controlled that the dust is made into the undried solid matter having >=0.1wt% moisture content. Then the stickability of the dust onto the dust precipitation plate is improved and since the electrical conductivity is increased, the dust collection efficiency of the 1st chamber is improved. The length of the flue required for the evaporation of the waste water is thus made shorter.</p> |
